Delete your Shiven Vastu account

Permanently remove your Shiven Vastu account and personal data. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email, phone number, and addresses
  • Saved floor plans and Vastu reports (within 30 days)
  • Booking and chat history (retained 18 months for legal/dispute purposes, then erased)
  • Any wallet balance — non-refundable on deletion
  • All active and refresh tokens — you will be signed out everywhere

We retain a minimal record for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and compliance, after which all personal data is hard-deleted from our database backups.

Prefer to delete from the app?

Open the Shiven Vastu app → Profile → scroll down → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Same result.

Need help?

Email support@shivenvaastu.com from the email address registered on your account and we will delete it manually within two business days.
